Flux Extractor

Fluxtra’s Yield Extractor enables users to allocate their staking yield to various initiatives and projects. Participants can choose from multiple supported projects on MANTRA, and distribute their yield to different project pools.

How to Participate

• Users deposit ftOM into a selected donation pool.

• Tokens can be withdrawn instantly, ensuring flexibility.

• If the value of ftOM changes upon withdrawal, users may receive fewer ftOM, but the underlying token value will always remain the same or increase in 100% pools.

  • Example: If you put in 100 ftOM, at exchange rate of 1 ftOM:1 OM and exchange rate increases to 1 ftOM:1.01 OM, you will receive ~0.990 ftOM back. However, this 0.990 ftOM is still valued at 100 OM. This means that the yields has been extracted for use to different project pools.

Tax Efficiency Factor

• Depositors receive LP tokens upon contributing to a pool, making it a single taxable event.

• Subsequent yield distribution and automation occur within the protocol, reducing taxable interactions.

• Initially, only Fluxtra’s native Liquid Staking Derivatives (LSDs) will be supported for yield extraction.

The Operator Role

• Project operators can withdraw donated yield from multiple pools or filter based on donation amounts to optimize gas efficiency.

• As the split is logically calculated based on exchange rates, projects will receive ftOM, which can be converted to the base asset for usage or retained as part of the treasury.

Future iterations of the AMP Extractor will introduce enhanced yield allocation mechanisms, allowing for more flexible and strategic utilization of staking rewards. This includes support for splitting yield from additional staked assets, automated investment strategies such as Dollar-Cost Averaging (DCA) for systematic reinvestment, portfolio building for diversified asset allocation, and vesting mechanisms to structure and control yield distribution over time.

We will not charge any fees for product usage for our own tokens.

For other liquid staking derivates we will charge a fee, that is distributed to our ecosystem users. Performance fee is charged based on the underlying asset performance.
